What This List Is:
Yes, it is true: I am one of “those” people who listens to Christmas music year-round. I’m not ashamed of the fact. Not all Christmas music is created equal, however, and this blog post is intended to be my definitive playlist. If a Christmas song is on this list, I can listen to it all day. If a Christmas song isn’t on this list, I can barely tolerate it, even during December.
Lots of people make "Top 10" lists or "Top 100" lists. It takes real skill, however, to limit yourself to just ninety-nine songs. It also takes a remarkable amount of effort to organize those ninety-nine songs in order, so that you can start listening to the best songs first. Naturally, all of these songs are personal favorites, but the ranking is necessary so I can express the shades of admiration I have for them. You can listen to all of the songs listed below on my Top 99 Christmas Songs playlist on YouTube.
Happy listening!
Other Music Playlists:
If you're not interested in listening to Christmas music, I have also created an Easter playlist and a Contemporary Christian Music playlist on YouTube. Kent's Top 99 Christmas Songs, Starting with Most Favorite:
